The Police Personnel Board meet at City Hall or the Police Department at the call of the Chairman.
The Police Board shall consist of four (4) members appointed by the Mayor with the consent and approval of the City Council for terms of four-year terms. Each member of the board shall be at least 21 years of age, a taxpayer and qualified voter of the city. The City Administrator shall participate in all police board meetings as a non-voting advisor. There shall be a chairman, vice-chairman, and secretary.
