1. How do I pay a ticket or fine?: Fines are due in full on the day of sentencing. The Butler City Municipal Court accepts cash, check, money orders, and cashier's checks. For more information, please visit Payment Options.

2. What happens if I fail to appear in court as ordered?: If it's an initial arrangement the court will send out a Summons with a new Court Date. If not an initial arrangement the court will issue a warrant for your arrest. For more information or if you have questions, please contact us at (660) 679-6465.

3. How do I get restitution?: If restitution is ordered by the court, it will be collected through the court and when paid in full a check will be issued by the City Clerk to the Victim.
