Overview
Pools and spas are allowed in the rear and side yard areas of the property outside of the front setback area.
Minimum setbacks to rear and side property lines include:
- In ground pools and spas - four feet
- Above ground pools and spas - five feet
- Pool and/or spa equipment - five feet
Other accessories or improvements such as water slides or waterfalls shall not exceed eight feet in height and be setback a minimum of five feet from any property line.
