 Billing Information
Utility Payments
Utility payments are due by the 10th of every month. If the 10th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, then the payment will be due the following Monday by 5:00 pm. Any payment made after the 10th is subject to late fees.

Payments must be in our office by 5:00 pm on the 20th to avoid disconnection for non-payment. any payments received after 5:00 pm on the 20th will incur a processing fee of $50.00 during business hours or $100.00 after business hours. If the 20th falls on a weekend or a holiday, the next business day will qualify as the 20th. We cannot accept checks on shut-off day. Only cash, debit, or credit cards will be taken on this day.

Credit Cards Accepted
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted credit cards. They can be made in person or over the phone and there is an additional $1.25 fee that will be incurred.

Re-Reads and Meter Tests
At the consumer's request, meters will be re-read. There is no charge for a re-read.
Also at the consumer's request, a residential meter will be pulled and tested and a temporary meter will be installed. A $25.00 deposit is required before testing will be conducted. If the meter is found to be working properly, the $25.00 will not be refunded.
