Who We Are:

Established in February 2016, Electric City Downtown (ECD) is a 501c3 organization dedicated to the revitalization of Downtown and Historic Square of Butler, Missouri.  ECD follows the Main Street Four-Point Approach (Design, Economic Vitality, Organization, and Promotions) for commercial and district revitalization.  We are an affiliate grant recipient and are aspiring to be an accredited Main Street program through the National Trust main Street Center.
