SECTION 00 11 13 – ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

CITY OF BUTLER, MO. SURPLUS PROPERTY INVITATION TO BID The City of Butler, Missouri, is accepting sealed bids for surplus property. Sealed bids will be accepted until noon, August 5, 2025. Bids must list name, phone number, email address (optional), lot number, and bid price. Lot number(s) must be listed on the outside of envelope. All bids will be for the specific items listed below and represented by lot number. Surplus property listed within a lot number may not be separated. Successful bidders will be required to pay for items within 3 days of award. The surplus property will be removed no later than 7 business days of award. Failure to pick up or pay for the items within this time frame will forfeit bid and the lot will be awarded to the next highest bidder. All items are sold "as is, where is" with no warranties or guarantee, written, expressed, or implied. Pick up of property and viewing will be from 8:00a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. You may call Butler City Hall and contact Corey Snead, City Administrator, at (660) 679-4182 to schedule an appointment for viewing. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
