Strategic Plan 2024

On August 6, 2024, the City of Butler adopted a Strategic Plan to help guide us for the future. These five goals and strategies along with our mission statement, is how we will guide our community going forward. We will look at Economic Development, Communication, Public Safety, a welcoming, connected, and resilient community, and Leadership. These goals and strategies will change over time as our community needs change and involve.  Our team works every day to continually improve our community’s quality of life and to raise the bar for government services. We are committed to excellence through integrity, collaboration, and innovation.
